The clinic’s old website was confusing, slow on mobile, and hard to navigate, making it difficult for patients to book dental or gum checkups and for doctors to submit referrals. After reviewing the site, I identified cluttered menus, hidden treatment info, a complicated booking process, and a buried referral section, all of which caused drop-offs and frustrated visitors.
I created a mobile-friendly solution with two clear paths: patients can explore treatments and schedule appointments, while doctors can submit referrals quickly. The result is a clean, intuitive website that builds trust, improves patient engagement, and strengthens the clinic’s professional image and online presence.
